Funds are disbursed in as fast as 3 business days after your LyteLease Agreement is signed.

No. LyteLease is not a loan. You are simply advancing income you have already contracted under your tenancy agreement. Therefore, it does not affect your TDSR or credit score.

LyteLease service is available for landlords of HDB and private residential properties in Singapore (landed, condominiums, and apartments) with a valid tenancy agreement, and at least 6 months remaining on the lease.
